Changelog covers all 22 commits since v3.1: rate limiter, importKey hardening, key persistence, supervisor daemon, security patch consistency, and lifecycle scripts. update.json now targets Enginex0/TEESimulator releases.
The following two bugs are fixed: 1. `zygisk.json` is renamed to `update.json`, which is indicated in `module.prop`. 2. To avoid over optimization of R8, we must keep certains packages, which are found after many experiments.
