Enginex0	dc2f31ff74	ci(build): add Rust toolchain and cargo-ndk for native-certgen ... Gradle's buildRustCertgen task requires cargo-ndk and Android NDK targets to cross-compile libcertgen.so. JingMatrix	4d9787367c	Increase Gradle JVM memory in build workflow ... The CI build was failing with a "JVM garbage collector is thrashing" error due to insufficient memory.
